New repayment claim formsMay 24, 2011 The new tax year has brought a set of new repayment claim forms. The new R40 (2011) can be used for any tax year from 2005/6 to 2011/12. However, if you have a capital gain to report you must not use the form R40 but should register for self-assessment and complete a full self-assessment tax return form.
