Paying PAYEOctober 15, 2010 If you pay your PAYE electronically allow at least 3 working days for the payment to reach the HMRC bank account, as HMRC cannot accept payments through the faster payment service (FPS). If you setup a direct debit to pay your PAYE be sure to quote the correct payment reference.
