Katie is CEO and Private Client Director for CKLG.
Katie is responsible for ensuring we continue to provide the highest standard of customer service to both our personal and business clients as well as developing the expanding Private Client Team.
Katie is a Chartered Tax Adviser, and her experience in personal tax, Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax, and Trusts and Estate planning ensures CKLG Accountants provide a professional service to individuals for all their tax planning requirements. Katie works closely with lawyers, and other professionals, to ensure you receive the best advice.
Katie balances her busy work life as CEO with being a mum to her two rapidly growing boys. She very much enjoys going on vacations and adventures with her family.

SENIOR MANAGER
Emma is a Senior Tax Manager in our Private Client Team with nearly 20 years of experience in personal tax, having qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser in 2004. Emma lives with her husband and two boys in South East Cambridgeshire. In her spare time, she enjoys family days out and the occasional spa day.

Sarah is an Associate at CKLG. She is a private client tax specialist who provides individuals, their families and businesses with proactive and bespoke tax advice in a friendly and personable manner.
Sarah works closely with lawyers, independent financial advisers, land agents and other professionals to help clients minimise their tax liabilities and achieve their long term goals.
Sarah’s experience includes:
- Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax planning to individuals and entrepreneurs, landowners and farming clients
- Succession planning – to include Trusts
- Personal taxation including income from property, furnished holiday lettings, tax-efficient investments and tax compliance
Out of work, Sarah enjoys long dog walks with her Labrador on Norfolk beaches, practicing her culinary skills on family & friends, and watching her boys play cricket on long summer days.

Jeremy is an Associate at CKLG, where he has been for just over a decade after serving as a partner at a major accounting firm. With forty years of experience he leads regular ‘Tax Technical’ sessions for the CKLG team.
Outside of work Jeremy enjoys travelling, classical music and playing bridge.

Manager
Aniketa is a Tax Manager at CKLG in our Private Client Team, having joined CKLG as a graduate Tax Trainee in 2015. She enjoys working alongside a talented and friendly team to ensure her clients’ needs are met with care and expertise. She manages a diverse portfolio of clients which includes high net worth and internationally mobile individuals.
Aniketa lives in East Cambridgeshire and spends her free time visiting family and friends, and balancing her love of food with the occasional long-distance run.

Harriet Romanowski ATT, CTA, TEP
Manager
Harriet is a Tax Manager in our Private Client Team. She was supported by CKLG in achieving her ATT and CIOT qualifications in 2017. She left the company to gain wider experience at different firms, attaining a distinction in the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners diploma, before re-joining CKLG almost seven years later, in July 2024.
Harriet manages a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from high-net worth individuals to property portfolios, ensuring their affairs are structured in the most efficient way to achieve their goals.
Outside of work, you’ll either find Harriet at the gym or out socialising with friends; appreciating the need to exercise to enjoy good food!
